How should I supply my artwork?

Artwork should be supplied as an Adobe Illustrator (Ai), EPS or vectorised PDF format.
JPEG or PNG file may not be the sufficient size or quality to reproduce clearly. Send us your files and we’ll be happy to help.

Will I get to see a proof before I place my order?

Yes – we’ll produce a visual mock up. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an official proof to scale – this will need to be authorised by you before production can commence.

Can I get a sample?

Yes, certainly. There may be a small cost for this, but we will deduct it from the value of any subsequent order.

Can I have multiple designs?

Yes although there may be a minimum quantity for each design and additional origination charge for each design.

What does ‘origination’ mean?

Origination is basically a set up cost. These costs could include:  

  • Creating the plates in litho printing
  • Creating the screens in screen printing
  • Setting up the machine for digital printing
  • Setting up the disk in embroidery
  • The setup of your design for engraving

Costs may also depend upon how many colours are in your logo or design as each colour is printed separately. Embroidery is based on the number of stitches in your design – the higher the stitch count, the longer it takes to create the disk.

Where should I start if I’ve never used promotional merchandise before?

Why is there a minimum order quantity on some products?

This is due to the costs involved with setting up the machinery. To produce a small quantity means that the cost per item would be very high and would not represent value for money. However, if you have specific requirements for small (even single) quantities, let’s talk, and see what we can do to help.

Can you ship my products beyond the UK?

We can deliver merchandise worldwide,. We may also be able to source locally to minimise transport costs and environmental impact.

Can I collect my products from you?

Due to Health & Safety regulations, we only accept collections from couriers.

What is the delivery time for my items?

Some items with a single colour print, such as promotional pens, can be delivered within 24 hours. If you have a deadline for an event, let us know so we can arrange express production and delivery.

Most of our branded items have a lead time of 10-14 working days from the approval of your artwork.
